1. Account Responsibilities

To use TrigonAI, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including abusing our API rate limits or attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary routing algorithms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your proprietary code, task descriptions, and internal data. TrigonAI claims no intellectual property rights over the material you process through our platform. Our Platform: The TrigonAI platform, including its visual design, UI components, backend architecture, and logos, are the exclusive property of TrigonAI and are protected by international copyright laws.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

TrigonAI operates on a subscription model. By selecting a premium tier, you agree to pay the monthly or annual fees associated with that plan.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• All fees are non-refundable unless legally required or specifically stated otherwise in a custom Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrigonAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of source code, or business interruption, resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in activities that threaten the security of our infrastructure.
